Refund & Returns Policy
Should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, we offer a free return or exchange via our returns portal.
Easy returns
We will only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt, but are glad to exchange any items. Return handling, return shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & exchange
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. The 14-day period commences on the day the order is delivered, as long as the merchandise is in great condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Please try briefs on over your own underwear, as we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or returned in a soiled state. Free returns or exchanges are offered for customers in the United Kingdom only; all international returns must be sent back at the customer's expense and must include your order number. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit — we recommend sending by registered post and keeping proof of postage. We do not offer a refund on Sample Sale products. Shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
