Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for arefund or exchange. The 14-day period will commence on the day the order is delivered, as long asthe merchandise is in great condition, unworn and unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please tryon briefs over your own underwear because we will not accept returns on lingerie that has beenworn or returned in a soiled state.

Free exchange for all customers in the United Kingdom only. All other international returns must besent back to us at the expense of the customer and must include your order number.
We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend sending by registeredpost and keeping a copy of the postage proof.
