Hand wash or delicate wash 30 temperature only. When washing in washing machine place a bra in a washing bag.
Do not wash with whites or darks. Same colours only.

Steam iron the cone bra straight after a wash to bring original shape back.

We provide free delivery for orders over 200£ pounds. We make every effort to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full.
Please be aware, that during periods of high demand (such as Easter , Bank Holiday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Black Friday weekend), delivery can take longer than expected.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days.
All orders are tracked. We include a tracking code with your shipping confirmation therefore you can track your order via your chosen courier website.

Shipping costs + customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. The 14-day period will commence on the day the order is delivered, as long as the merchandise is in
great condition, unworn and unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please try on briefs over your own underwear because we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or returned in a soiled state.
We offer Free Returns or Exchanges for all customers in the United Kingdom only. All other international returns must be sent back to us at the expense of the customer and must include your order number.
We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend sending by registered post and keeping a copy of the postage proof.
