Should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund we are offering a free return or exchange, you can do so via our portal here. Please note we will only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt but are glad to exchange any items. Return handling, return shipping and custom costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. The 14-day period will commence on the day the order is delivered, as long as the merchandise is in great condition, unworn and unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please try on briefs over your own underwear because we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or returned in a soiled state.
We offer Free Returns or Exchanges for all customers in the United Kingdom only. All other international returns must be sent back to us at the expense of the customer and must include your order number. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend sending by registered post and keeping a copy of the postage proof. We, therefore, do not offer a refund on products of the Sample Sale. Shipping costs + customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
